A teacher and author, she shares her direct experience of the essential message she received from her teacher, Papaji, and offers it to all who want to discover a true and lasting fulfillment. Through her life and words, she powerfully articulates how it is really possible to discover the truth of who you are and to be true to that discovery.

  • Awareness Workshops

    A Process of Self Inquiry

    By not trying to get rid of anything, or change anything, but by deeply opening to and allowing our experience to be as it is, without judgment, we are given the opportunity for what is deeper to be discovered.  In that discovery lies the simplest truth of all - we are already whole and perfect, just as we are.   

    Workshops include a guided meditation, group exercises, a live demonstration of a process, and you will work with a partner to directly experience both facilitating and receiving an Awareness process.
