About Me

I have been on this holistic journey for more than ten years, but ultimately for my whole life.  I can remember, even as a teenager and earlier, wondering why I was here on this earth, and what my purpose was.   It wasn't until my early thirties that I began to receive some answers.

My wake up call began after the death of a young relative.  I wondered what life was about, and why people get ill and why children die.  I felt like I didn't have any answers, and one day I decided that this is all there is, and we just have to make the best of this life while we're here.  It felt like hitting bottom - I became resigned to the fact that there was nothing wonderful or magical about life, and this is as good as it gets.  Little did I know that the universe was about to prove me wrong.

My journey then brought a minor health issue, and I discovered Reiki while searching for alternative methods of healing.  I went on to learn Reiki and became a Reiki Master and Teacher.  I also studied several other forms of healing, yet...  while they are all beautiful, powerful and effective, they still left me feeling unfulfilled, with no answers as to why I was here. 

After the closure of a healing school that I attended in Sedona AZ, I prayed for something to replace it - something to take me deeper into my deepest truth.  My soul was calling me home and I could not resist the pull.  My prayer was answered when I discovered The Journey.  I traveled extensively across the U.S. and England to complete the Journey Practitioners Program, and became accredited as a Journey Practitioner in March of 2007.   The Journey was a catalyst for me to dive deep within myself and face all of my fears and anxieties, and ultimately it led me to some of the most beautiful Non-Duality teachers, including Papaji, Gangaji, Mooji, and others who all told me that I am already whole and perfect, and that Self-Realization is possible, even for ordinary people like myself.

I met my current teacher, Scott Kiloby, when I read some of his writings on the non-dual site Never Not Here.  What he wrote was exactly what I needed to hear in that moment.  It penetrated me so deeply that I felt his energy with me for three days.  So I looked him up, saw he was coming to New York, and asked if he would come to Rhode Island.  He said yes.  He now comes back regularly to meet with people individually and in groups to tell them the same thing he told me - you are already free.

My deepest prayer for you is that you receive your own inner wake up call, and that you burn in the longing for Truth.  I invite you now to take this journey with me, and discover your own brilliance, the precious diamond that you are, that each of us is, in the core of our being.
